The third China International Import Expo (CIIE) opened in Shanghai on November 4, showcasing global confidence in China's economy and commitment to revitalizing international trade amid the ongoing pandemic. Guolian Duoduo platforms—Tu Duoduo, Wei Duoduo, Boduoduo, Zhiduoduo, Feiduoduo, and Cereal and Oil Duoduo—gathered with global cross-border e-commerce partners to strengthen industrial chain collaboration. With expanded exhibition space and six major sectors, including food, automobiles, healthcare, and technology, the CIIE highlighted China’s push for a dual-circulation development model, emphasizing domestic strength while reinforcing global ties. President Xi Jinping stressed deeper integration of domestic and international markets, digital economy expansion, and over $22 trillion in projected imports over the next decade. Against this backdrop, Duoduo E-commerce has leveraged its cross-border industrial Internet platform to support epidemic response through its "Industrial Chain Anti-epidemic Support Plan," ensuring supply of critical raw materials via global sourcing. By enabling efficient procurement—such as importing titanium ore from Tanzania and pulp from abroad while exporting value-added products—Duoduo enhances resource allocation across key industries. Aligned with the Belt and Road Initiative, the platform boosts global industrial chain efficiency by integrating orders, technology, and data, helping Chinese enterprises serve global markets and fostering mutually beneficial international cooperation.
