- Intelligent Control: Equipped with on-line temperature and moisture detection devices, it can automatically adjust hot air temperature, air volume and grain residence time to ensure uniform drying and avoid over-drying that may affect grain quality.
- Environmental Protection & Low Consumption: It can use various fuels including coal, diesel, natural gas and biomass pellets. Some models are also equipped with heat recovery functions to reduce heat loss and energy consumption.
Working Principle
- Feeding: Wet grains are lifted to the top of the tower by an elevator and fall layer by layer under the action of gravity.
- Drying: High-temperature hot air generated by the hot blast stove is sent into the tower, and contacts the falling grains in a counter-current or mixed-flow manner to evaporate the moisture in the grains.
- Moisture Exhaust: The hot and humid air is discharged out of the tower through the top moisture exhaust system.
- Discharging: The dried grains are discharged from the bottom of the tower and can be directly stored in silos.

In 2016, Xi'an Jiaotong University and the company jointly established the Xi'an Jiaotong University Pingli Grain Processing Equipment Industry-Research-Application Integration Demonstration Base. The 5H-14TP, 5H-31TP and 5H-50TP mixed-flow static room-type grain drying machines are the result of 12 years of research by this research institution. They are the first of their kind in static mixed-flow drying technology in China and abroad. Currently, there are a total of 23 patents and software copyrights.
