Samsara’s SRL-Z vertical heating-cooling mixer delivers outstanding performance and efficiency for blending powders, granules, and additives. Designed with innovative mixing technology, it ensures perfect homogeneity, fast processing, and reliable operation for various industrial applications.

 

Heating Mixer
The high-speed heating mixer offers optimal dispersion of powders with powders, granules, or liquids. The SRL-Z series provides an excellent solution for all processes where uniform blending and precise temperature control are required. It guarantees even dispersion, excellent mixing uniformity, and high throughput.

 

Cooling Mixer
The vertical cooling mixer achieves high-efficiency cooling without agglomeration. It is designed for throughputs up to 1,200 kg/h, featuring a large heat exchange area at the bottom and side wall for superior cooling performance. Gentle material flow over the cooled surface ensures consistent quality and prevents clumping. After cooling, the material is quickly discharged through a contour-shaped outlet.

 

Combined Heating-Cooling Mixer
The SRL-Z vertical design integrates both heating and cooling stages into one efficient system, achieving precise temperature management and smooth continuous operation. This configuration supports large production volumes with excellent batch consistency and energy savings.
