Jinyu Tire Vietnam PCR project completed
On April 15, 2025, Jinyu Tire held the "Annual Production of 10 Million High-Performance Semi-Steel Radial Tire Project Full Line Connection Ceremony" in Xining Province, Vietnam.
Jinyu Tire senior leaders, local government representatives, Fudong Industrial Park representatives, global partners and employee representatives gathered together to witness this important moment.
Jinyu Tire's first PCR project in Vietnam is an important milestone in its globalization process. At the beginning of the project preparation, Jinyu Tire has anchored the goal of creating high-quality tire manufacturing, always adhering to the long-term quality concept of "time proves quality", and focusing its energy on improving product comfort, handling and safety. Focusing on high-quality control standards, in order to achieve long-term and stable development of Jinyu Tire, it continues to increase R&D investment and promote technology upgrades and product optimization.
The PCR project is equipped with a professional technical R&D team, introduces internationally leading automated production equipment, selects high-quality raw materials, adopts strict process standards, and introduces the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) system to carry out refined control of all aspects of the project, covering equipment selection, early equipment management, forward product design, product characteristics decomposition and control, digital monitoring of the production process and other dimensions.
During the project construction process, MES, RDM, LIMS and other intelligent management systems are fully introduced to achieve real-time collection and analysis of production data to ensure that each process is traceable and controllable; a high-standard experimental testing center is established, equipped with internationally advanced tire testing equipment, and the dynamic performance of rubber, high-speed durability of tires, rolling resistance and other core performance are fully verified; the construction of the personnel training system is simultaneously promoted to strengthen operating skills and quality awareness, to ensure the system coordination and optimization of people, machines, materials, methods and environment, and strive to provide global customers with semi-steel radial tires with excellent quality.
As Mr. Chang Xianxu, Chairman of Jinyu Tire, expressed in his speech, "The successful completion of the Vietnam PCR project is another breakthrough for Jinyu Tire in multiple dimensions such as high-end tire manufacturing, technology research and development, production management, and international operation capabilities. It is also a successful demonstration of Jinyu Tire's mission to always focus on the development and application of rubber tire technology and services and provide customers with the best value and experience. After the project is fully put into production, it is expected to reach the production capacity target of 10 million high-performance semi-steel radial tires in the second half of 2026. By then, Jinyu Tire will have a production capacity of 10 million TBR and PCR, which will be able to better serve and meet the needs of global customers and help global partners achieve better business scale, which is a deep interpretation of the core value of "common interests above all else."
In his speech, the representative of the VRG Park in Vietnam spoke highly of the project results, praised the professionalism and efficient execution shown by Jinyu Tire during the project construction, and fully recognized that Jinyu Tire actively fulfilled its social responsibilities, practiced green production, reduced energy consumption and pollution, and achieved a win-win situation of economic and ecological benefits; attached importance to the cultivation of local talents, carried out professional training, provided talents for the local tire industry, and promoted economic and social development. It is expected that Jinyu (Vietnam) Tire will continue to add momentum to the regional economy, promote China-Vietnam cooperation to a new level, and become a model of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.
Looking to the future, Jinyu Tire will take the completion of the first phase of the project as a new starting point, unswervingly implement the development concept of "common interests above all else", aim to build a high-end Chinese tire brand, and accelerate its global layout.
