Furthermore, AI technology is comprehensively penetrating the entire tire industry chain, driving digital transformation. On the production side, companies like Michelin and Zhongce Rubber have achieved automation in their "Industry 4.0" production lines, with AI detection and scheduling systems improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption. On the R&D side, AI formula models shorten development cycles and optimize tire performance.
On the safety side, intelligent tire sensors monitor tire pressure, temperature, and other data in real time and provide early warnings, with companies like Continental Tire achieving large-scale application of related technologies.
Domestic companies are performing exceptionally well, with Linglong, Zhongce Rubber, and Sailun Tire accelerating technological breakthroughs. Zhongce Rubber's "liquid gold" tires reduce rolling resistance by 30%, and the proportion of new energy tires has significantly increased.
